With over 30 years in sales, management, operations, and business ownership, Janice brings a proven “road map to success” for leaders, sales teams, and entrepreneurs. As a Fractional COO, she drives impact through quarterly planning, goal-setting, and operational execution, ensuring every initiative ties back to measurable results.
