Growth Curve Academy is designed for business owners who are ready to level up their businesses. The mission is to improve and advance business operations significantly, implement new strategies and processes and take your business to a higher level of performance and success. This extensive training is best suited for companies that launched over three years ago and have W2 employees on staff.
Time commitment:
Classroom Attendance: 6 weeks / Power Hour each week.
Virtual Monthly Accountability Calls: for 6 months
The curriculum includes classroom attendance, online courses, and cohort collaboration.
Participants will walk away with completed work on the following:
- PURPOSE: Take a deep dive into building a business on purpose.
- PEOPLE: Level up your leadership. Evaluating the employee journey and ensuring all HR practices are in place. Right people, right roles.
- PROCESS: Building processes for ALL to follow.
- PLAN: Designed to Propel.
- PROGRESS: Measure what matters.
- PROFIT: Progress to Prosper
